To qualify for The CARes Project, applicants must be 18 years old, meet income guidelines, have a North Carolina license, reside in one of the three counties, and be open to financial coaching. Loans can go up to $15,000, giving individuals the opportunity to purchase a reliable vehicle and work towards a brighter financial future.
Since 2018, The CARes Project has helped 73 families and provided over $700,000 in loans. With plans to expand to more counties in the future, they are committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of those in need.
